Amastar Homes is a full-service building company owned by the Tazian family, who have built a solid reputation in the local real estate industry since 1967. We emphasize details, as our desire is to build a home to maximize your complete living experience. We also work with remodel projects as well as commercial construction.

Amastar is currently building homes in Woodlands of Liberty Mills, Canyons of North Pointe Woods, Sorrento, and Mason's Village. We have condominiums going up at the Coves of Carroll Creek, and both residential and commercial remodel projects in a few locations in Southwest Fort Wayne.

Take a Tour This Spring

Feeling inspired to make great changes this year? Amastar Homes will be featured in this springs Town & Country Home Tour, a great opportunity the HBA of Fort Wayne gives us each year to see just what you get for the money from the builders in this area. There is no cost for admission, several homes to view and plenty of inspiration. Amastars show sites will be located out Northwest (both NACS). In Classic Heights you'll find a story-and-a-half furnished model with 4 BRs plus large bonus room (or 5th BR) and a 3-car garage. Classic Heights is located off Cedar Canyons Rd. just east of Lima Rd. It has both single-family and villa lots available. There is a community swimming pool and playground. The furnished villa model is located at The Coves of Carroll Creek off Carroll Rd, just west of Bethel. Amastar has several floor plans available in the Coves, the show site is a "Veranda" which is a 2 BR 2 BA plus den with a screened porch and a 2-car garage. The Coves features a beautiful pond with a large fountain, a playground and a clubhouse equipped with a fitness room and business center. From those looking to downsize from their existing homes to those looking for something maintenance-free, Amastar Homes is building villas and condominiums for these discerning home buyers and currently have models available for viewing. Villas offer the privacy of a single family home with the convenience of an association to handle lawn maintenance and snow removal. Classic Heights Villas is located in Huntertown off of Highway 3 and Cedar Canyons Road. You can also find Amastar Garden Homes in Auburn at Mason's Village. These attached villas are 2 BRs w/ 2-car garages, and are located just off Auburn Drive, west of 34A (Old Brick Rd) on Quinten Dr. This model is open most Sundays 1 to 3pm. Condominiums offer the benefits of home ownership and maintenance free living in a more intimate community setting.
