Amastar is currently building a distinctive condominium community, the Coves of Carroll Creek, which is located on the Northwest side of Fort Wayne off Carroll Road, west of Bethel.  Distinctive in that it offers large, quality designed and built condos with two car garages.  These homes feature great open floorplans, trayed ceilings, covered patios, some have built-ins, some have sunrooms.
