What we are most pleased with is the affordable quality we’ve ended up with in building our home with Amastar.  Our friends and family that have come over are just awestruck with the beauty of the woodwork, the “warmth” of the fireplace and the attention to detail that was given throughout.  We’ve gotten a lot of unexpected positive comments on how our office was designed- closed off with French doors for privacy, yet left open to the great room which really gives a great open feeling and of course allowing the light from the front window to filter through to the great room.

We really appreciated the cooperation we received in incorporating our ideas into the plan.  Because of that there is so much of us in this house.  The designer and superintendent made suggestions all along the way and left the decisions up to us.  We were truly grateful for their concentrated guidance on what could’ve been an overwhelming experience.  The entire process was made easy for us to enjoy!  

Our experience building with Amastar as opposed to the builders we’ve built our last few homes with has been a lot more fun, and a much more personal experience.  We worked closely with the Superintendent and the Designer every step of the way and they made sure to include us in the process enough to get our personal touches throughout the house.  Working with the Superintendent pretty much every day was great,- if there was ever a problem he took care of it right away.  He did a good job of making sure that the rest of the team was aware of our dreams, and they made this become our home not just another house.  It truly was a great building experience.
